Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return cost if the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Merchandise:

  1. All claims for merchandise received that was damaged in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt.

  2. All packing materials MUST be kept, regardless of obvious damage to the packaging in order for an inspection by the carrier to take place.

  3. Please call us at (573) 348-2040. We will be happy to help with the replacement or refund of the damaged merchandise depending on the decision of the carrier.

  4. Once you report that you have received damaged merchandise, we will begin the claim process with the carrier and begin the process of replacement of the merchandise.

  5. Our customer service staff can help you determine the best way to handle your claim.

  6. If we do not have a replacement available, a credit or refund will be issued.

Returns:

  1. All returns for non-damaged items must be made within 15 days of receipt.

  2. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging material for a faster return.

  3. The customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their cost, unless we have shipped the item in error.

  4. All returns must be insured for their complete value and packaged to arrive safely without damage.

  5. The customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise that is returned in good/unused condition with all parts intact.  Shipping will be credited/refunded for orders shipped in error.

Exchanges:

  1. All exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

  2. Please call us at (573) 348-2040 for a return authorization number prior to sending the merchandise back to us.

  3. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on an exchange including return shipping to us, and the customer UNLESS the exchange is being done due to a shipping error on our part.

  4. All merchandise must be insured for the complete value of the merchandise and packaged to arrive without damage.

  5. We will not ship exchange items until the return is received and we have had the opportunity to inspect the merchandise.

  6. Once we have received your merchandise in good condition, your exchange item will be shipped and/or any credits processed.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  1. The request was made more than 5 days after receipt of damaged merchandise or more than 15 days after receipt on returns or exchanges.

  2. The item is returned without the original packaging when returned due to damage in shipment.

  3. Absolutely no returns without a receipt.

  4. The item is a Final Sale or Clearance item.  These items are NOT RETURNABLE!  Please make sure clearance items are what you want before ordering them.

  5. We will NOT accept for return any candle that has been burned!
