Our Quantities Are Limited
Because we're so picky, we usually don't find large quantities of any particular item. And our ability to get more of a particular item is limited, of course, by the designer's own inventory. To put it quite simply, when an item is gone, its gone. We do our best to accommodate customer requests for out-of-stock items, but we cannot guarantee that we will meet each order. If the item you select is no longer available, we'll do our best to suggest alternative choices from items we have in stock.
For items that we are able to get in, all special orders MUST be paid in advance including shipping and any special handling charges incurred. Special orders will not be returnable or exchangeable. We can and will let you know the total cost for the item prior to charging you for the item.
Special Orders and Requests
We have many more items in stock than we have listed in our on-line store! If you know of an item in any of our lines that you want, drop us an e-mail and we will let you know if we have it and it's price. If we don't have the item you desire, we may be able to special order it in for you.
